PURCHASING ART

1. General

1.1 Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colours of my paintings as it appears on this website. However, it cannot be guaranteed that PC monitor’s/Phone displays will accurately reflect the color and tone of the real artwork. 

1.2 All information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.

2.  How to buy something

2.1 You can use my website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your cart. By placing an order on this website, you are demonstrating an intent to buy goods.

2.2 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.

2.3 All prices quoted on my website are in United States Dollars (USD).

2.4 I use secure payment facilities with third party providers for online purchases. You can pay for your order by PAYPAL or Credit Cards. (Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover)

2.5 For international shipments, there may be charges for importing goods. It is your responsibility to pay import duty if charged.

2.6 Once I know that I have successfully received the payment, I will send you an e-mail to confirm that I have received your order and payment. I will notify you of the dispatch date (normally 3-4 business days for ready artworks)

2.7 By placing an order with me and paying for your goods you agree to and accept these terms as well as my privacy policy and terms of website use.

2.8 I will respond to your inquiry as soon as humanly possible. 

3. Delivery & Shipping

3.1 Artworks will normally be dispatched post payment receipt within 3-4 business days.

3.2 A courier/ shipping agent will normally deliver goods within 1-2 weeks of dispatch for International shipments. For Singapore buyers, delivery to your address will be done in 2-3 business days.

3.3 Your goods will be delivered to the address you gave on your order. I would not be responsible for return of goods for failed delivery attempts.

3.4 Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be damaged should be notified to the delivery person at the time of delivery or to me within a reasonable time. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let me know promptly.

4. Returns

4.1 If you want to return the artwork, contact me by e-mail within 14 days of delivery. The items should be returned/shipped within 30 days of delivery to my location. (Singapore). The goods must be returned in original condition and packaging to me at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Any loss in value would be borne by the buyer.

4.3 I will refund all monies paid to me by you less shipping and handling expenses within 30 days on receipt of the returned artwork.

4.4 If there is a problem with the delivered goods, please notify me by email providing details of the problem. It is helpful to provide photo (s) of the defect/ damage so I can understand the issue.
