Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — all fine art prints ship free, anywhere in the world. Original paintings ship free to Singapore, the United States, Canada and Australia. For original paintings travelling anywhere else, shipping is calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes, where a country charges them, are the buyer's responsibility.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Original paintings are dispatched within 4–5 business days of payment clearing. Fine art prints are made to order, so they take a little longer to leave the studio — usually 5–7 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery within Singapore normally takes 3–4 business days. International orders usually arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination and how quickly customs there move.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover — processed securely through Stripe, and you can also pay with PayPal. All prices on this site are in US dollars.

What are your fine art prints made of?

Each print is made on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm — a heavyweight archival paper with a soft, velvety matte surface that holds the texture of the original work. They're printed with pigment inks rated to resist fading for years, which is what separates a fine art giclée from an ordinary poster print.

Every print belongs to a limited edition. Prints ship unframed.

Can I return something?

Original paintings can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email me at hello@studiomonsoon.com, then send the work back within 30 days in its original condition and packaging, at your own cost. I'll refund you within 30 days of it reaching me.

Fine art prints are made to order for each buyer, so I'm not able to take them back for a change of mind. If a print arrives damaged or with a defect, that's different — send me a photograph and I'll put it right. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Do you offer framing?

Not at the moment. Both paintings and prints ship unframed, which keeps shipping costs down and avoids the risk of broken glass in transit. Any good local framer will be able to help, and if you'd like a second opinion on how a particular piece might be framed, just ask — I'm always happy to talk about it.

Can I commission a piece?

Yes, and gladly — commissions are some of my favourite work. Email me at hello@studiomonsoon.com and tell me about the space it's going into, the feeling you're after, and any colours you have in mind. We'll talk through scale, timing and pricing from there.

How do you price your work?

Original paintings are priced on size, medium and the complexity of the piece. Fine art prints are priced by format and edition. Everything on the site is listed in US dollars.

Do you offer discounts on multiple pieces?

For collectors taking several works, yes — get in touch and we'll talk it through.

How should I care for my artwork?

Keep it out of direct sunlight, away from damp, and clear of places that swing between hot and cold — above a radiator or inside a bathroom are the usual culprits. Handle prints by their edges, or with clean dry hands, until they're framed. Framed behind glass or acrylic and hung somewhere stable, your piece will look the way it does today for decades.
