Terms of Use
The material on this website — the images, the writing and the design — is my own work and is protected by copyright. Please don't republish it, online or off, without asking me first. The images here are for viewing only, and must not be reproduced, copied or printed in any form, digital or physical.
Links to third-party websites, including Stripe and PayPal for payment, are provided for your convenience. I'm not responsible for their content or their practices.
BUYING ARTWORK
1. General
2.1 To order, select the work you'd like and add it to your cart. Placing an order is an expression of intent to buy.
2.2 Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.
2.3 Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. You can pay by credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover — or through your PayPal account. I never see or store your full card details.
2.4 Once payment has cleared, I'll email to confirm your order and tell you when it will be dispatched.
2.5 For international orders, import duties and taxes may be charged on arrival. These are your responsibility.
2.6 By placing an order, you accept these terms along with the privacy policy below.
2. Placing an order

Shipping & DELIVERY
3.1 Fine art prints ship free, worldwide.
3.2 Original paintings ship free to Singapore, the United States, Canada and Australia. For original paintings to any other destination, shipping is calculated at checkout.
3.3 Original paintings are dispatched within 4–5 business days of payment clearing. Fine art prints are made to order and are normally dispatched within 5–7 business days.
3.4 Once dispatched, delivery within Singapore normally takes 3–4 business days. International orders normally arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance.
3.5 Goods are sent to the address given at checkout, so please make sure it's correct. I can't take responsibility for costs arising from an incorrect address or from repeated failed delivery attempts.
3.6 Please check your order when it arrives. If anything has been damaged in transit, tell the courier at the time where you can, and let me know promptly either way.
RETURNS
4.1 Original paintings. If you change your mind, email me at hello@studiomonsoon.com within 14 days of delivery. The work should be shipped back within 30 days of delivery, in its original condition and packaging, at your own expense. Please pack it properly — any loss in value caused by inadequate packing is yours to bear.
4.2 I'll refund what you paid, less shipping and handling, within 30 days of the returned work reaching me.
4.3 Fine art prints. Each print is made to order for the buyer, so I'm not able to accept returns for a change of mind.
4.4 Damaged or faulty goods, prints included. If anything arrives damaged or defective, email me with photographs of the problem and I'll replace it or refund you. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
4.5 Returns should be sent to Studio Monsoon, #03-08, 55 Genting Lane, Singapore 349563 — but please contact me before sending anything back.
Privacy Policy
Studio Monsoon is based in Singapore, and I handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What I collect
When you use a contact form — your name and email address, so I can reply. Nothing more. It isn't published or sold.
When you buy something — your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number and payment details, so your order can be processed and delivered.
When you subscribe to my newsletter — your email address, and your first name if you give it.
When you browse — the pages and works you've viewed and the contents of your cart, held in cookies.
Who I share it with
I don't sell your data. I share it only with the services needed to run the studio:
• Squarespace — hosts this website and processes orders
• Stripe and PayPal — process payments. They hold your payment details under their own privacy policies, not me
• Klaviyo — sends my newsletter and holds subscriber email addresses
• Meta — a Meta pixel on this site measures how my Facebook and Instagram advertising performs
• Google — a Google Ads tag measures advertising performance
• Shipping and courier partners — so your order can reach you
How long I keep it
Order records are kept for ten years, as tax and accounting rules require. Newsletter subscribers stay on my list until they unsubscribe, and there's a link to do that at the foot of every email I send. Contact enquiries are kept only as long as they're useful to the conversation.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@studiomonsoon.com and I'll take care of it. Some records I'm obliged to keep for legal and accounting reasons.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember what you've looked at, and measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the shop may stop working properly if you do.
